Andrea Jasinek began her legal career in the Technology and Intellectual Property group at Portland’s largest law firm, Stoel Rives LLP, where she worked with Fortune 500 consumer brands, as well as start-up app developers and small wineries. Andrea has also worked in-house (on secondment) with a growing technology company and with a multinational apparel brand. These experiences – both in-house and as outside counsel – shape Andrea’s approach to practicing law: practicality over pretension; efficiency over ego; clarity over legalese. Andrea focuses her practice on:

• Technology and e-commerce transactions, including SaaS contract negotiations and templates

• Marketing and advertising law, including production and agency agreements

• Entertainment law, including talent and influencer agreements

Andrea’s life before law school was in the newsrooms of the St. Louis Post Dispatch and other newspapers. This foray into journalism solidified Andrea’s natural curiosity about how things work, and she applies this inquisitiveness to the needs of her clients.

Andrea earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School (magna cum laude) and a BA in journalism from Western Washington University.
