Andrea Selkregg focuses her practice on US and international Trademark prosecution for clients across all industries. As part of Amazon’s IP Accelerator program, Andrea has help thousands of Amazon sellers successfully register their marks and gain entry to Amazon’s Brand Registry. 

Andrea also has a background in copyright registrations, entertainment agreements, and commercial contract drafting and review. Andrea has spent over fifteen years serving as in-house and outside counsel to businesses in the entertainment, apparel, food, restaurant, and media industries. 

Andrea started her career in the Legal Affairs departments of a record company and retail sportswear company reviewing entertainment and licensing agreements and overseeing a trademark portfolio spanning the globe. In 2005, she went in-house with a large food company that imports, exports, manufactures, and processes food products sold throughout the world.

In 2014, Andrea moved back to her hometown of Portland, Oregon. Since returning to Portland, Andrea has used her entertainment and business background to serve as outside counsel to businesses big and small.

Andrea’s in-house experience has made her intimately familiar with the legal challenges faced by companies in key industries. Andrea works closely with business clients to identify and address their legal needs proactively. In her role as outside general counsel, she makes clients feel comfortable contacting her with any legal questions or concerns, as if her office were down the hall. A relationship built through regular contact allows Andrea to create custom tailored legal documents, policies and procedures that allow the company to do what it does best: sell products.
